A couple years back I had suffered greatly from anorexia and eating disorders as well as general anxiety and substance abuse issues that were brought on by mental instability in my own life -while I have already addressed this on my page in the past - I have also been in therapy for well over a year in order to learn how to accept myself and coexist healthily and positively with those around me - and I am always striving to put my best foot forward and be the most positive version of myself. Regrettably there were instances several years back, before I started working on addressing my mental health where my intense self hatred had manifested in rude comments towards an individuals weight in an attempt to get under their skin.
