Facing poor service experience with my Tata Nexon (UP70HN2007) at G.P. Motors, Prayagraj. Charged extra during 3rd service & due to improper fitting, alloy wheel logo cap went missing. Now being asked to pay ₹800 for their mistake. Unacceptable.

Thank you for the response. The service center has contacted me but is denying responsibility, claiming the cap was properly fitted.
However, a properly installed wheel cap does not fall off immediately after service. This indicates improper fitting during reinstallation.
