The Blender CATS plugin is abandoned (again) and doesn't work in 5.1.0, but the only functionality I really use is "Apply Pose As Rest Pose." So here's a GPL Blender plugin that does only that, and works with Blender >=4.2 and with shapekeys: github.com/InconsolableCe…
