today is my 33rd birthday. and i wanted to share something God's been putting on my heart. --- on new year's eve a few months ago, i prayed for more divine guidance. i prayed to have more direct communication with my Creator. and it immediately happened. as someone who has barely remembered any dreams throughout his life, you can imagine how it feels having been given dreams almost every day of this year. that said, i expected blueprints to come in these dreams. what to build. what to do execution-wise. step by step instructions. instead he gave me something way simpler. be a good man. keep your word. stop overpromising. dampen the hype. even when you're genuinely excited. that's it. over and over. through dreams, through nudges, through convictions that keep showing up until i can't ignore them. at first i was kind of disappointed. i wanted the master plan. the 10-step roadmap to my destiny. but the longer i sit with it, the more i realize this IS the master plan. we live in an era where noise is exploding. deepfakes. misinformation floods. every company promising to change the world. every person performing a version of themselves online. the value of being someone people can actually COUNT on? someone you can meet in person and know is real? that value is only going up. i think we're a society in late-stage metamorphosis right now. the old order is collapsing. and at the same time, the tools to build something radically better are emerging. we're getting our wings. but the wings don't mean anything if the person wearing them isn't trustworthy. so that's my advice to myself at 33. be good. be real. be someone people can rely on. everything else follows from that. thank you to everyone who's poured into me these past few months and years. it doesn't go unnoticed. i hope i can be the kind of person who helps shepherd people through this scary, beautiful transition we're all in together. love you all. be blessed.
