@ScotRail No. That’s not a response that makes any sense. The broken down train was cleared and trains were passing. So why does a train full of passengers get terminated 10 miles from its destination? Thanks for picking it up but I’d like a response that makes sense Hayley.

@ScotRail Please explain why delayed trains (like the 5.40 from Argyle St to Dalmuir) which left the station at 5.50 gets terminated at Anderston? What benefit does this serve? And to the customers who need to now work out how to get home?

ℹ️ UPDATE: Following a broken-down train earlier today at Partick, the line towards Hyndland has now reopened. We now work to get the train service back to normal as quickly as we can, but disruption is ongoing at the moment.
