🚨🎙️ Gareth Bale on Kylian Mbappe after Real Madrid’s win over Espanyol “I don’t want to admit it. No one does. But the stats don’t lie. Real Madrid play a better, more cohesive game of football in the absence of Kylian Mbappé. We’ve seen it on far too many occasions now – including tonight. The team moves with more freedom, the attacks flow naturally, and the results follow. At this point, no one can seriously call it an agenda against the player. It’s just football reality staring us in the face. Something needs to change, and it needs to change fast .”

🚨Bruno Fernandes on Manchester United’s Champions League qualification; “Football has missed Manchester United, and I know the Champions League has missed us too. This club belongs at the highest level, fighting against the best teams in Europe. That’s where we should be. Next season, we come back with fire, hunger, and everything we have. I promise you, we won’t be there just to take part. We go there to compete, to win, and to bring that trophy home. We want to make our fans proud again. But to do that, we need all of our fans with us every single match, every step of the way.

🚨🎙️ Ian Wright on Viktor Gyökeres criticism "Listen, the critics are always coming for Gyökeres, talking about his hold-up play, saying he’s not linking up, low touches, the ball’s bouncing off him – all that nonsense! But come on man, look at the stats! The boy’s got 21 goals already this season, scored a brace today, banging in penalties when it matters, and he’s driving Arsenal towards the title! The numbers don’t lie – stop the noise, he’s delivering where it counts! That’s what strikers do, they score goals! 🔥"

🚨🎙️Saka after his superb performance against Fulham “The right wing position suffered a bit while I was away — the boys did their best, but I think the fans almost forgot what real magic looks like from that side. Glad I could come back and remind everyone what we’re capable of.”

🎙️🚨 Jamie Carragher after the Atletico Madrid vs Arsenal Champions League semi final 1-1 draw "Look, I’ve got to be honest with you — that was really disappointing tonight. Arsenal against Atletico Madrid was everything we feared: cagey, tense, tactical, two penalties, but very little proper football. It never really got going, no intensity, no real quality on the ball, no moments that made you jump out of your seat. Compare that to the absolute blockbuster we had yesterday — PSG vs Bayern, 5-4, end-to-end, goals galore, proper Champions League entertainment. This game tonight was far below expectations, miles off that level. Football isn’t finished, we’ve just been watching too much Arsenal lately."

🚨🎙️ Thierry Henry questions the Captaincy of Martin Ødegaard after his performance against Atletico Madrid at the Metropolitano "I couldn’t help but notice something worrisome about Martin Ødegaard tonight at the Metropolitano against Atlético Madrid… I watched him very closely. He started, he had one shot in the 15th minute, the one where Gyökeres barrels down the left, holds off Llorente and puts a perfect cutback on a plate for him – onrushing in a dangerous area, maybe 10 yards out but he misplaces the shot, doesn’t even test Oblak properly. and then? Nothing. Invisible. No drive, no command, no leadership from the captain when Arsenal needed it most. And what happens? At the 56th minute – bang – he’s removed, taken off for Eze right as Julián Álvarez scores the penalty to make it 1-1. Hook him at half-time? No, they waited until the equaliser, but the message was clear: he wasn’t at the level required on the night. This isn’t just one bad game. Look at his previous matches this season – too many times we’ve seen the same thing. Subbed off early, struggling to influence, output way below what you expect from an Arsenal captain. He’s a good technician, sure, but when the big moments come in the biggest games, where’s the fire? Where’s the mentality to drag the team through? At this level, for a club pushing for the Premier League and the Champions League final, the captain has to be the one who makes everyone else rise. Right now, Ødegaard isn’t that guy."

🚨🎙️ Roy Keane on that penalty call for Arsenal for the push on Viktor Gyokeres "Listen, that was never a penalty. Never. And the fact that it’s given in a Champions League semi-final makes it ten times worse. This is the biggest stage, where every decision can kill a season stone dead. One soft, pathetic call like that and suddenly Arsenal are chasing shadows, the tie swings, the momentum’s gone, and everything you’ve fought for all year is hanging by a thread because some referee bottled it. Gyokeres barely gets a touch and he’s down like he’s been hit by a truck. In a game of this magnitude? Absolute disgrace. These are the moments that define careers – not just for the players, but for the managers, the clubs, the fans who’ve travelled halfway across Europe. One bad decision and you’re out, dreams shattered, another year of ‘what ifs’. That’s why I can’t stand it. Big games demand big characters and big decisions, not this weak nonsense that ruins proper football. Sort it out."

🚨🎙️ Thierry Henry on the first half of the Champions League semi final between PSG and Bayern Munich "Listen, this first half between PSG and Bayern Munich... you would have sworn this was the Champions League final itself. Two teams going all in from the first minute, no holding back, everything on the line. Harry Kane with the early penalty, then Kvaratskhelia levels it with pure quality, João Neves puts PSG in front, Olise pulls them back level with a strike, and Dembélé seals it from the spot right before the break. Five goals! Magic. You don’t sit there analyzing a game like this while it’s happening. No. You just enjoy every single bit of it — the intensity, the quick transitions, the courage, the moments of brilliance from both sides. It reminds you why we fell in love with this game in the first place. Magnifique."

🚨🎙️ Gerard Piqué on comparisons with Bruno Fernandes “Every year they try to find the ‘next Bruno Fernandes’ — Declan Rice, Enzo Fernández, Rayan Cherki, all these names get thrown around. But none of them can keep up with what he actually delivers week after week. What Bruno does for Manchester United is massive: he’s the heartbeat, the creator, the leader who carries the team when it matters. You simply cannot take a player of his level for granted. Look at his record — 18 Premier League goals in a single season as a midfielder back in 2020/21, that’s elite. And right now he’s sitting on 18 assists this campaign, chasing the all-time single-season record of 20. That kind of consistency and output doesn’t come around often. Respect him while he’s still there.”

🚨🎙️Paul Scholes on Garnacho’s performance in Chelsea's important win securing a spot in the final “Chelsea got the win and they're in the final — fair play to them. But all this talk about Garnacho and the criticism... the lad's got himself to blame really. He had all that talent when he was at United, but you look at him now and the confidence has gone. He looks like a player who only cares about himself. At United we had characters who would've sorted him out. At Chelsea, it doesn't look like there's anyone there to grab him and tell him to buck his ideas up. He's going to need a proper manager like Simeone to sort him out."

🚨🎙️ Roy Keane on Haaland preventing Gabriel from getting a red card. “That head situation with Gabriel and Haaland – the lad sticks his forehead right into him, proper aggressive, pushing his head forward like that. Should’ve been a straight red card for violent conduct, end of story. But fair play to Haaland… he didn’t go down easy. He stayed on his feet, didn’t roll around looking for a decision like some of these soft modern players. He just got on with it. That’s proper mentality. None of this diving or play-acting nonsense. Well done, son – that’s how you play the game.”

🚨🎙️ Thierry Henry on what Arsenal’s loss to Manchester City means for their title hopes “Honestly, this is exactly where you see if a team truly has the mentality of champions — and right now, Arsenal don’t. To lose focus and throw away the game away at the Etihad against Manchester City, especially knowing how crucial every point is at this stage… that’s not just disappointing, it’s embarrassing. Unbelievable from a side chasing the title.” “You cannot talk about winning the league and then deliver a performance like that when it matters most. This is the moment where you have to be ruthless, disciplined, obsessed — and I didn’t see that tonight.” “I am beginning to really fear if these guys actually have what it takes to get over the line and win this league. Because let me tell you right now, champions do not do this.”

🚨🎙️Gary Neville on Alejandro Garnacho performance in Chelsea loss to Manchester United "Look, I've got to be honest — Alejandro Garnacho was a real disappointment again tonight. Coming on as a sub at the Bridge against his old club. Chelsea fans wanted to see some spark, some directness, but he just didn't offer anything. He looked reluctant to take players on, his decision-making was poor, and defensively he switched off a couple of times. But again these are the issues he faced here at Manchester United. At 21, he's had flashes of talent, but his season at Chelsea has been worrying. Only one Premier League goal, bench time under the new manager, and moments where he seems low on confidence. I'm starting to worry about his long-term future in the Premier League if he doesn't sort out that mentality and consistency quickly. Talent alone isn't enough anymore at this level."

🚨🎙️ John Mikel Obi ahead of the Man United vs Chelsea clash “Man United defence is struggling bad this season — injuries, mistakes, no organisation. Chelsea at the Bridge must attack them, play with pride and desire. The young boys can exploit those spaces behind, simple as that. This is where Rosenior shows he deserves the job — win this one convincingly and silence the noise. No excuses tonight!”

🚨🎙️ Thierry Henry on Micheal Olise and Arda Guler performance in Real Madrid loss to Bayern Munich “Tonight at the Allianz Arena, we witnessed real moments of excellence in a game that had everything. Michael Olise was outstanding — intelligent movement, dangerous runs on the right, and that clinical contribution that helped Bayern seal the tie. But my goodness, Arda Güler… the boy was on another level. He scored two stunning goals, including that beautiful curling free-kick. He dictated play with such composure, vision and quality under immense pressure. Yet somehow, this young man still doesn’t receive the full praise and recognition he deserves for the elite level he’s already performing at. He was Madrid’s shining light, the one who gave them real hope of a comeback”

🚨🎙️ Thierry Henry on Lamine Yamal role in Barcelona loss to Atletico Madrid "Listen, I’m not here to make excuses — we lost the match and Atletico got the three points tonight. But I have to say something about the kid, Lamine Yamal. At 18 years old, carrying the weight of expectation on shoulders that should still be carefree… the boy was unplayable at times. The way he takes the ball in tight spaces, the bravery to ask for it even when we’re losing, the quality of his decisions — it’s special. Very special. He made Atletico panic every time he got on the ball. You could see the experienced players doubling up on him, and still he created moments out of nothing. Moments that remind you why we all fell in love with this game. Today we lost, but football wins when you have talents like Lamine. He’s not the future anymore… he’s already here. And he showed it again tonight, even in defeat. Respect to the boy. Big respect."

🚨🎙️ Gary Neville on poor referee decisions during the Manchester United loss to Leeds United. "Look, there was a time when all it took to win a football match was solid preparation and good team play. Nowadays you feel like you've got to do a background check on the referee before kick-off just to see who's been paying him. What happened last night was an absolute disgrace. An absolute joke of a performance from the officials. And here's the thing that really winds me up – when a referee sends someone off with a ridiculous red card like that, there's no immediate penalty for him, is there? None. The damage is done there and then. The match is jeopardised, the season can be put in real danger because of one decision, and the referee just walks off the pitch at full-time with his paycheck, no consequences during the game itself. He doesn't lose anything in that moment. The team that's been shafted? They're the ones who have to play with ten men, chasing the game. Something has to change with the way these big decisions are handled in real time."

🚨🎙️ Paul Scholes on Micheal Carrick and Manchester United’s performance in the loss against Leeds United yesterday “Leeds deserved the win – they wanted it more and punished us early. The refereeing was poor, no doubt about that. Some of the decisions were shocking and the red card felt harsh. But let’s be honest, we were poor long before that. Going down to 10 men didn’t help, but the problems were already there. Michael’s done well in patches this season, but nights like this make you wonder if he really knows what he’s doing. The standards at this club have to be higher. We can’t keep shipping goals like that at home.
