@aburkhartlaw The bigger thing people seem to forget is that juries are comprised of normies , not people who are terminally online and engaged in one side or another of the culture war

Defense attorney for Sean Gathright told jurors during closing arguments that in 2020, when Sean was only 13, his stepdad divorced his mom, which led him to not have a positive influence in his life. She finished by saying he is a son, uncle, nephew, grandson & brother worth saving

Skips performance against Nick Wright in 2017 disqualifies him from ever being a top 100 sports commentator of all time

@GsuGrinding @YouTube Yes, all four face the possibility of the death penalty.

@dilanesper You’re making a fool of yourself. Present your cases and I’ll show you why you’re an idiot. Then you’ll be blocked. Which is my default position for morons. And it’s Wight not Wright. Although everyone knows you can’t read already.

Breaking News: South Carolina’s top court overturned murder convictions against Alex Murdaugh, who had been found guilty of killing his wife and son. The decision upends one of America’s highest-profile homicide cases. nyti.ms/48UbIWj

Bananas. Also why lawyers should find and ferret true crime psychos in voir dire. This lady was that.

What they don't tell you when you become a criminal defense attorney is how many of your clients die.

I watched the sentencing of the “Foolio Five.” In her victim statement to the court Julio Foolio’s mom was sure to inform everyone her own birthday had recently past before Foolio’s death. Foolio was killed 3 days after his birthday and his sister’s birthday was 2 weeks after. Not sure what the significance was for mentioning everyone’s bday. The nerve of his opps to spoil all those bday celebrations.

Sean Gathright’s lawyers are arguing that he should receive a life sentence without parole instead of the death penalty for the murder of Joolio Foolio, as a former prison warden took the stand to testify about how valuable Sean could be while incarcerated. “As a former warden, and even as a jail administrator, he’s someone that’s young, he’s healthy, in reality we need that labor, we need that sweat equity and we will put them out there to work… We put these young individuals to work and get some sweat equity out of them since they are young and actually could do the work”

If it’s life in prison or the death penalty please just kill me lmao 50 years in prison is crazy talk

Sean Gathright broke down in tears while listening to his sister get emotional on the stand as she talked about their childhood memories. 👀

I am mad at myself that I didn't see this flick at the theater. Literally 12 minutes in and I'm howling with laughter. #TheyWillKillYou
