A2: Something relatively new that my school has done is called Harbor Homeroom, based off of @mikesmithlive The Harbor. Students go to there home rooms twice a month, and we show them videos from @TheHarborTV and go along with guided questions!!! #CodeBreaker

During Baron Time, students watch the episode from @TheHarborTV "Self-Talk" from @mikesmithlive Students engaged in really insightful conversations about how negative Self-Talk impacts their attitudes and behaviors and how they can turn that into positive Self-Talk.

I may have hoped off that crate for the last time but I’m not going anywhere. It’s just time for me to change. The name of this show came from a tattoo on my arm - it says “a ship is safe In harbor but that’s not what ships are for.” I think that sums up how I feel right now.

I’ve traveled the country filming friends, students, legends, hero’s & more. We set out to create a resource for teachers to use in their classrooms that helped create conversations.

My goals was never to have the answers - just offer my genuine perspective & ask real questions. It is crazy to think this day has come 📦 ⚓️ 🥺 @theharbortv is one of the biggest creations I’ve ever taken on. I’ve hosted 161 episodes over the past 7 years.

A week before finals, I started a digital detox with my Leadership and STUCO kids—met our goal of 20% less screen time by limiting times apps are available and total screen time per day. Challenging myself to 20% more in the next week! @mikesmithlive @TheHarborTV
