On Tuesday we celebrated 25 years since the opening of our school building after the move from Greenfield Street. We had a special assembly to learn about the history of the school, had past pupils give inspirational talks and enjoyed a speech from the Mayor of Tameside 🎉

Today we welcomed our EYFS parents and carers in @HackwoodAcademy to launch this years ‘Dream Reads.’ The children came into school wearing their pyjamas to snuggle up with one of our books the children can take home weekly to read at bedtime.

This week in the Inclusion Hub the children have been learning all about recycling, We have washed our own recycling, been refuse collectors, created art work with our cardboard and plastics before creating our own junk model robots and walking-talkies. #beanexpertlearner
