Speaking terrible Japanese to the visitors but it's all good. Never be afraid to speak a language you are practicing with the native speakers. You will get better with each mistake. 🇯🇵

@DavidDack I tripped and fell in the middle of a dark street. Doing a Fartlek. All because I forgot to charge my headlamp the night before 😞 I was about 4 miles away from home so no choice to run back with a bloody knee and bloody palms lol, but all under street lamps.

it's crazy how just changing your location changes your mindset the last week I was in japan, i didn't think about tech/AI/escaping the permanent underclass at all but now that i'm back in SF and surrounded by tech, it's all I can think about again...
