Going through a pretty rough health scare rn. I've struggled with health issues my whole life & I've always refused to let it define me, and I gotta work & pay bills regardless. Prognosis is nooot great & I could use some goodwill or prayer or positivity if you got any 🖤

Today is the anniversary of my dad's passing, & I thought I'd honor him in my own way. He was a lifer - Air Force for Vietnam & Navy Commander until the day he died. When he went, every soldier in his hospital unit stood outside his room & saluted. 43 when I was born, he always seemed old & wise to me. He built motorcycles and hunted problematic grizzlies in Alaska, was an amazing wildlife & nature photographer, and took me to see George Carlin perform when I was way too young. He saw multiple wars & worked in hardcore satellite surveillance, but warned me to always question the government. He cried every time he heard Freddie Mercury sing. Cried when he heard me sing. He taught me philosophy & war strategy tactics, poetry & weapons... because that's useful for a young girl. He liked to take every romantic interest I had "out shooting" and wouldn't let me come along. He told me not to join the service, even though I didn't listen. He said that I was too opinionated & too rebellious, & that was correct. He said we deserved ONE artist in a family of all soldiers. And while he wouldn't understand a gotdamn thing about voice acting, I think he'd be proud. It may be over a decade since he's been gone, but I still use his lessons, wisdom, & ungodly ability to call bullshit. 🤣

Theres a very long list of US products that cannot be sold in the EU thanks to EU regulations. Since the favorite pastime of the Trump regime and every US oligarch is now to demonize EU regulations, I thought it would be very much worth going through some of those products.🧵

This may be the most corrupt thing I’ve ever heard in my life A Democrat federal judge made it illegal for Republicans to be poll watchers since the 80’s. Democrats have been renewing the injunction every 5 years. This only ended in 2020 READ THAT AGAIN “Something else people don't know is that start in the mid-1980s, there was a federal district court judge in New Jersey, who entered a consent decree that Republicans could not be poll watchers. So from mid-80’s until 2020, Republicans were not allowed to be poll watchers on these national elections. And what happened was that judge eventually died and the Democrats, the DNC, they had to go get that injunction renewed every 5-8 years, something along those lines. And when that judge died, he was replaced by an Obama judge, and they went back to that judge and they said, we want this consent decree in place making so Republicans cannot be poll watchers and cannot be a part of this process. And he said, what in the heck are you talking about? This is absolutely so unconstitutional. And he refused to renew that consent decree. He refused to renew that injunction. So 2020 was one of the first years that we had professional Republican poll watchers in these elections to see what was going on in Atlanta, in Detroit, in Milwaukee, in, you know, in in Philadelphia. It was the first time we were able to really see what was going on in these polling places. What that tells me is that probably a lot of these shenanigans were been going on for a long, long time, but there were no Republicans there to report on it.” Our elections have always been rigged by Democrats

Last year I fell down my steep-ass 135 yo stairs, fractured my back & got a concussion. I've been healing since. Today I tried some Salsa dancing I used to do semi-professionally & I could only make it through one song without pain. A little disappointed but hey it's something.
