Valuation is all about assumptions — any number can be justified with the right narrative. That said, l can’t see how US$13.5M makes sense for a US$6M company pulling in less than $200K net profit with no clear growth path. Way too steep in my view.

What’s crazy about this Engineer vs Accountant chat is that Engineers are talking about Accounting as if they know what it takes to be an Accountant, and vice versa! From an engineering POV, ALL of the things Accountants are saying about Engineers & Engineering is waaay off. 😂


putting Chartered Accountants in charge of non-financial businesses is often a mistake. Everything becomes about trimming expenses and balancing books, while innovation, product quality, and long-term growth take a back seat I will not mention the companies but do BETTER
