I shipped two updated #Debian packages - pstreams and asn1c. To make development easier outside of a native Linux environment, I built a handy Docker image for gbp buildpackage, allowing to use a one-line command for the entire build workflow. More below:

Я, кстати, если в докладах использую unwrap в демках или на слайдах, то всегда извиняюсь перед слушателями и предупреждаю, что вообще-то так делать не надо и нужно предусматривать нормальную стратегию обработки ошибок.

@schteppe Indeed! At least you wouldn't be forced to run programs with sanitizers all the time to get a glimpse of memory safety

C++ STL hardening is a godsend Big thanks to Rust for putting pressure on the C++ committee to make this happen

@schteppe Well, I believe that the Rust language won't absorb that tremendous amount of features over the next forty years to become another C++ - safer and saner, but very complex

@Nekrolm проблема в том, что откатить не так просто - coreutils не меняется назад обычным дебиановским update-alternatives. Кто мешал продолжать тестировать энтузиастам через oxidzr... Всё же non-lts ubuntu - это просто плохо протестированый Debian Sid. Год линукс на десктопе переносится

Так, стоп, что в ubuntu 25.10 серьезно заменили gnu coreutils на Rust версию? Я, понимаю, что это не LTS релиз, но все равно: слишком много проблем даже для бета-теста
