Our divers kicked off the 2024 ISL Swim & Dive Championships yesterday. Congratulations to Michaela Rosenberg of Flint Hill (🥇), Desi Amprey of Sidwell (🥈) and Elice Lebedev of Stone Ridge (🥉) for medaling in the meet! Stay tuned for the weather contingency plan for swimming.

The 2023 ISL Track & Field Championships started today! Some great performances on day one! Lots more action tomorrow at Holton-Arm. Here are the team scores after three scored events (discus, triple jump and the 4x800 relay).
