Not necessarily true. Varies person to person and by age . I'm 29 and my natural test levels are still high normal when I'm off. I could easily hold my gains with nothing but a little calorie surplus /adding more food in for extra anabolism to make up for the lack of added anabolsim from AAS. (I did this when I cycled off a few months ago) but if my natural test levels are low from age decline then yes I'd either have to run hcg once in awhile to keep my levels up or cruise on test to keep them high normal atleast
