Always a fabulous meal at The Keg @TheKeg Our Goto location is on Leslie street here in Toronto. (It’s 10 minutes from home). Although a chain, The Keg is consistently excellent and predictable. On top of that, the in restaurant experience is really nice, with great service and the bang for your buck as good as it gets these days. This is not a top end, high class steakhouse, we have many of those in Toronto, but one would be hard pressed to match the overall experience of the Keg. Food wise, we started with the crisp wedge salad followed by steak mains of filet and NY strip, w peppercorn sauce side. The twice baked potato is an excellent side, highly recommended.

@TheKeg so disappointed in the Keg. Now more expensive, no longer carry 3 cheese butter and the twice baked potatoe has bits of meat in it. Like WTF who wants bits in their potatoe. Its too bad, cause it was my go to but not anymore. Cut items, charge more, lose customers.

@TheKeg @TheKeg Disappointed at the quality of some of the food last night. Fries were badly over salted, replacement The replacement was dripping with oil. Beef dip was gristly and the baked potato was tiny and dry. Replacement potato was Ok. Will not be returning soon
