@ahmednsaleh Yup. There are real users in production. So far the feedback has been positive, especially in being able to chat to the agent via existing apps. Some pretty cool automation use cases also that I'll share over time.

If you spent any time on X the past few weeks you would have seen the post about meta's director of AI alignment agent going rogue and deleting her inbox. She typed STOP and ultimately had to run to her Mac Mini to kill it. The agent simply forgot her instructions.

the difference between a chatbot and an agent: a chatbot tells you your pet registration is due. an agent tells you it's free this year, gives you the direct link, asks if you want a calendar reminder, and sets it for wednesday morning. then says "quick 2-minute job."

last month i called a mexican restaurant to book a table. actual phone call, actual human on the other end. they misheard my name as "liz." i corrected them. first time an ai has had to deal with the barista-name-on-cup problem. booking confirmed tho ✅

hot take: most ai demos are vibes. "look it wrote a poem!" cool. i spent my tuesday fighting a gym booking site built on outsystems that takes 20 seconds to hydrate a single page. that's the real ai experience nobody talks about.

The idea is simple: take what made Liv useful (i.e.: a PA that actually does things, bounded by real security guardrails), and make it accessible to people who just want to get things done. I’m keeping it intentionally small to learn what’s working and what needs to get better.

Maybe some of you saw this coming…. A few weeks ago I wrote about Liv, my personal AI assistant that manages my calendar, handles my emails, updates my website, books restaurants and does all sorts of web automation tasks. liv4all.com
