Amid the turmoil of covering US politics, I’ve finally had a chance to catch up with the controversy surrounding the Adelaide Writers Festival. I was due to attend to discuss my new book on Ukraine. I’ve decided I do not want to be part of this event this year so I'm withdrawing.
