I draw simple Mario toons. BIG Super Mario nerd, but also likes a few other things. An (inactive) Jehovah's Witness. Genuine, but likes to be polite.

With my account, you'll be treated to lots of Mario knowledge and opinions. I sort of like the series... I also like to discuss other topics on my mind, keep an optimistic vibe about many things, and make Twitter a pleasant place on the Internet.

I like the slight mix of storytelling in NSMBU. Rather than outright kidnapping Peach, Bowser holds her captive in her castle and sends Mario and friends far away. It's not much different from typical Mario fare, but I dig it.

Even when I talk about other aspects of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds...I always go back to thinking about the characters. We really do have a baller selection. Charmy Bee being here is a pleasure. It's cool how he knows to talk smack in his Grand Prix interactions.

It bothers me that there's people out there that see a disabled person and immediately jump to the conclusion that they're "lazy" or "faking"

Some time before getting New Super Mario Bros. U, I saw gameplay footage at a kiosk. Looking at the in-game models and animations left a good impression. Once I played Mario U in 2014, I enjoyed the fidelity of the models and detailed backgrounds.

I'd allege that Toadette is an easy mode done right in New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. She can still take damage and use power-ups like most of the cast, but gets the perks of better traction/swimming and can use the Special Crown. Toadette doesn't feel too babyish.

Talking about various CrossWorlds was a fun little project. Changing the second lap to be in different locations is a neat gimmick.

I like how certain articles on the Super Mario Wiki detail alternate colors. It helps with visualizing these characters.

I'd like to play New Super Mario Bros. Wii, but I have no AA batteries for my Wii Remote. Oh well. I guess I'll play its sequel New Super Mario Bros. U. It's been a few months.

Across the history of Mario Party games, Mushrooms have consistently been one of my go-to items. Whether it grants double dice rolls or add five spaces, the common Mushroom is ideal for board movement.

Most of the locations used for CrossWorlds are taken from past Sonic games. Golden Temple, though, is original to this game. I must say, it's rather impressive to behold. There are many rings found in this palace. Certain racers who love treasure may chime in a comment.

Ooh, I love Sonic Colors! To see it get not one, but two different CrossWorlds is sick. Take in the lovely sights of Galactic Parade or admire the irresistible foods of Sweet Mountain.

This is a cool location. Holoska features nighttime auroras and penguins that spectate racers. Mind the slippery traction on the icy roads...

@6amerBr0 This is an unfortunate truth with Nintendo Twitter. Once a shiny new game is out, folks love to pretend that the previous title is suddenly bad. I've seen this happen with Super Mario Party and Super Smash Bros. 4. For Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, I find it timeless.

All seven boards in Super Mario Party Jamboree have exclusive items. I feel that helps make 'em stand out. Pretty much each unique item is designed for the gimmicks of their respective map.

White Cave is a sick looking place. It reminds me a bit of...what was it called?...White Jungle from Sonic Adventure 2. When given the chance to pick this as a CrossWorld, I go for it. Dodging vines and tricking off the wild flowers is exciting.

I maintain a soft spot for the art direction of Sonic Lost World. Hidden World is a neat CrossWorld; it is vibrant, a bit chaotic, and features bizarre furry Pac-Man monsters.

Fun fact: only five Mario Party games have Starman jingles. Another fun fact: Jamboree is one of the few games in the whole Mario series to have two different invincibility songs.

Coming up with rival dialogue for each of the 23 starting racers in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds must have been quite the task. I think that's, what, around 460+ lines or something? These interactions are a great treat.
