@themainevicky I created an anxiety kit to bring when I’m going to be in situations I know make me anxious! Mints, cold packs, War Heads, lavender oil roll on, mini fan, etc. Just knowing I have it reduces my anxiety.

I am flying by myself for the first time in three years and I am feeling really anxious about it because I had a panic attack last time and it ruined my life for eight months LMAO does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
