Can you afford 24hrs light? That's the question. I'm paying 70k per month in an area they don't even take light at all. Even if they do it's only for 5mins. Electricity is a necessity yes. People who are under band A electricity don't lack light but their bill is very high. These are the rural areas where hotels, guest houses, estates are. Band B electricity is not consistent but at least their bill is very low. They did it that way so people can afford it. If you want 24hrs light be ready for the expensive bill. Even outside country, their most expensive bill is their electricity bill.
