Chelsea literally stole a title from us and deprived us of champions league qualifications on other occasions.
They owe us a fortune from their ringfenced BlueCo legal fund from when ClearLake bought the club from Abramovich.

Worth remembering that Everton and other clubs can take Chelsea to arbitration under the PL Rules and try and establish that their breaches caused them loss. Difficult claim for most clubs but one or two would have an viable case probably on loss of chance

I wonder if the former Chelsea directors/officers who authorised the offshore payments to agents and others but did not evidence to the recent FA and PL commissions are in any way linked to the former directors/officers who shared £49.75m from BlueCo 22 in helping BlueCo buy the Club?
They were rewarded with far more than the fines subsequently given to the club.

On potential claims vs Chelsea, neither the PL nor The FA cleared Chelsea. On the contrary, the conduct was found to be egregious. The question of sporting advantage was not decided in either case for different reasons.
Nor does it matter if it was.
So claims are open but they require clubs to prove on a balance of probabilities that they made a loss compared to what would have happened in the counterfactual of Chelsea not breaching and that Chelsea’s breaches were the cause of that loss.

The only reason Manchester City and Chelsea cheated their way up, is to compete with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.

The FA missed an open goal - but it was offside.

An offshore company controlled by Roman Abramovich paid £6m to Eden Hazard's agent, and the Club paid £1m that was undisclosed. According to both the Premier League and the FA, there was no sporting advantage to a career at Chelsea for Hazard (who did not benefit financially from these payments). Extremely soft ban for a club that has been cheating for over 20 years. Absolutely no one is surprised. They were irrelevant until that oligarch rat pumped billions into the club and bought their way to success — all funded by dirty oil money and shameless sportswashing.
