When you can’t (or refuse to even try to) make big plays on offense, you have to play mistake-free, penalty-free football to sustain long drives. These Chiefs are totally incapable of that. They simply don’t have the discipline to make up for their fear of taking a deep shot.

If you’re willing to let Mahomes lower the shoulder in the open field, it might finally be time to actually let him run a QB sneak.

The Chiefs offense has obvious, glaring problems. The first 10 questions after this loss should be about the defense, and the first three should probably be about that god awful third-and-long conversion. Some of the worst defense you will ever see in your life.
