My July 6th visit to @TelkomZA Glen Mall was unacceptable. Neded an eSim swap but was told there were no eSims. The staff were unprofessional and disinterested, and my sim card remains unactivated till today. Your upgrade policy is inconvenient, and forget canceling a contract 😡
