@sugarberriezzz Healthy deficit, focus on protein, light exercise, and feeling better. A lot of people who go on healthy diets want to feel better, and engaging in disordered habits would make them feel worse.

i’ll never understand how people start a wl journey and not develop an ed like the whole thing is basically setting you up to get an ed “healthy” wl makes no sense to me are there actually people who lose without an ed
