Today we’re running the AV for a sports day for our client BA, who are holding a sports day for 200 of their apprentices - this is just the warm-up, literally -and later there will be all be cut and thrust of Track & Field but also to keep it light, egg & spoon and a sack race!

We have loved providing a little coffee truck for our client exhibiting at the UKIO this week. Complementary coffees, teas and iced drinks to attract delegates to visit the ingenious expandable unit (think Transformers!) providing mobile CT scanning. #coffeetruck #UKIO #medneo

Such fun! Our client had a painting workshop after dinner for those that didn’t want to dance at the disco. One image was chosen & all the attendees reimagined it under the guidance of the professional artist who facilitated the event. It was loved by all who attended!

Christmas has entered the chat. Christmas never really leaves an event organiser, we’re busy creating themes, sourcing entertainers, making sure that on the 2nd of September when the client say “ let’s think about the Christmas party” we’ve got everything ready to go!

We went to Glastonbury & were blown away with the light up wristbands used by Coldplay. You were surrounded by colour changing lights, so the party was literally all around you. Now all we need to do is find out if there is a version of this we can incorporate into work events….
