The Millwall Supporters’ Club (MSC) is undertaking a survey in preparation for the new season, to gain a clearer, more up‑to‑date understanding of what supporters want from their MSC membership and how we can better represent you. As the voice of Millwall fans, our role is to put your interests first and communicate them clearly and effectively — but we can only do that with your input. Over the past few seasons, the needs and expectations of supporters have evolved — from ticket access and communication to the overall matchday experience. This survey ensures every fan has the opportunity to shape the future direction of the MSC: what benefits matter, what needs improving, and how we can strengthen the relationship between supporters, the MSC, and the club. On Thursday 16 April, as part of ongoing discussions with @MillwallFC, the @TheMillwallFans, Joint Disability Access Officer Sarah met Joe Bolton, Millwall FCs Disability Liaison Officer, at The Den. They undertook a joint accessibility walkabout in order to review current accessibility provisions, identify areas for improvements and to establish priorities for the future. Items discussed included: 🔸️ Accessibility of toilet facilities 🔸️ Internal navigation barriers (steps beyond lift access) 🔸️ First aid and disability awareness/training for match day staff 🔸️ Development of more inclusive sensory provision in the Sensory Room (Family Stand) 🔸️ Improved guidance and support for ambulant* supporters * The definition of ambulant was discussed and agreed as: "an individual who can walk or move independently but may experience difficulty and require support such as mobility aids, rest periods, or accessible facilities". Sarah and Joe will continue to liaise and collaborate to ensure that any accessibility issues faced by our supporters are managed effectively.
