Prominent industrialist M. L. Mittal passed away, leaving behind memories of a close personal association with Narendra Modi dating back to Modi’s early years as a young BJP leader in the 1990s. It had no air-conditioning and no attached bathroom, but he said it was more than sufficient for him.” Mittal remembered that every morning, Narendra Modi would wake up around 5 AM, prepare tea himself, and arrange breakfast for everyone before the staff arrived. “That level of self-discipline and consideration for others was uncommon,” he would say.
