Last night, my head was pounding and banging. Everything was just happening. I even had to pour like two sachets of cold water on my head 😭 And I knew exactly what caused it — too much screen time(I’ve been working on a lot of projects), not wearing my glasses, just stressing my eyes. I was so tempted to take pain relief. Like that quick fix and move on. But I kept remembering what my mum said — that pain relief can solve it now, but if you’re always running to it, it can have effects on your body long term. So I just sat with it… lowkey suffering but reminding myself 😭 Instead, I drank plenty water, ate well, dropped my phone, and slept early. This morning? I feel so much better. Like nothing even happened. From me to you — not every time you feel discomfort, you should run to pain relief. Sometimes, take the long road. Rest. Drink water. Sleep. I hope this helps.
