Our team, with partners @YSW_Kenya + @UNFPAKen, is mapping private sector-led innovation hubs across Kisumu, Nairobi, Turkana, Isiolo + Mombasa to identify the top two in each county best positioned to incubate, accelerate & scale high-potential youth- and women-led innovations.

@team from Youth for a Sustainable World (YSW) , in collaboration with Nailab and UNFPA made a courtesy call at Ardha Jabesa offices in Isiolo and conducted an on -site assessment of the Hub's ability to incubate early-stage to growth-stage young entrepreneurs/ innovators, with a focus on young women. The UN Joint Programme on Youth skills, employability and Civic engagement is a 4-year multi – agency programme which aims to increase access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth in Kenya, particularly those facing marginalization in the five counties of Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Isiolo, and Turkana Counties.
