My beautiful Liv is nearing the end of her journey here, and yet she remains one of the strongest people I’ve ever known. Even now, in these fragile final days, she still gets up. Slowly and deliberately to walk to the bathroom on her own. She still eats what she can, bite by determined bite. She refuses to simply surrender, even when her body is so very tired. Her spirit burns so bright it takes my breath away. Every small act of independence is her quiet way of saying, “I’m still here. I’m still me.” Watching her fight with such grace and dignity breaks my heart and fills it at the same time. She is teaching me, right up to the last, what real strength looks like. It’s not loud, not dramatic, but steady, stubborn, and deeply loving. I am so proud to be her mom. And so grateful for every remaining moment. ❤️💔
