Everyone is going to tell you this week that oil is rising. They'll conveniently leave out the fact that the technical indicators are warning us oil is about to collapse in two weeks the same way it did in July 2022. 🤫

Brent crude oil bouncing off support at the march 10th low & 200 DMA. RSI looking a bit oversold at 27, the lowest level this year. Global reserves continue to be drained, and Hormuz supply chains will take months to fully restore regardless of an MOU being signed. Thus far the bear case for oil has been the correct view, but paper markets don't create supply. If inventories keep tightening and exports remain disrupted, physical reality will eventually catch up with price.

If the MOU does in fact get signed Friday, and if Hormuz traffic is restored relatively quickly, silver is likely on track to new all time highs. That being said, those are two HUGE "ifs" at this point, and this could simply be a bull trap before a renewed breakdown.
