Stress is great for brute-forcing mindless tasks, but it absolutely destroys your ability to think spatially. It destroys your creativity, which is the one thing that will give you a competitive advantage over everyone optimizing for productivity.

motion vs followers which matters more? people assume followers = motion. but that’s not true. on X, I’ve seen: • creators with 1k–5k followers pulling banger posts regularly • creators with 10k+ followers struggling for engagement so, followers don’t guarantee motion. distribution and consistency do. case study: some small accounts stay on the timeline daily and get into conversations. some big accounts barely show up anywhere. so the real question is: do you want followers or do you want motion?
