New in @wjurol: This systematic review (43 studies, n=22,058) highlights the substantial burden of double-J ureteral stents. ~1 in 3 patients experience complications, with LUTS (38.9%), pain (16.1%), hematuria (11.4%) and infection (11.1%) most common.
