Previous RRB NTPC Graduate notification's final results were announced a while ago Almost 19 out of 21 zones have already completed Document Verification One of the Zones which has not called for DV is "Secunderabad" However the next Notification's Tier 2 exam is being conducted 🤣😭😭 I wonder how many more months SECUNDERABAD ZONE will take time to call for DV. Mamy Don't know yet whether they have qualified the typing skill test Hence those who are selected last time will again Attempt this CBT 2 exam🤐 #rrb #rrbntpc #rrbntpccbt2

If you resign from your services before minimum prescribed time period by respective bank you have to pay the Bond Amount as mentioned below. Most banks have minimum 2 years You may consider this before filling your bank preferences while applying for IBPS PO #ibps #ibpspo #sbipo #sbi Credits : menkivideos

The Reality Behind the Reels: What They Don’t Tell You About a Banking Career Don’t get fooled by those dreamy Instagram reels of newly joined bankers posting with aesthetic captions. Adi kevalam okka vaipu matrame—that’s only one side of the coin. The ground reality is a completely different ball game. Before you jump into this sector thinking it’s a smooth, settled life, ask yourself if you can actually survive this daily grind: The Relentless Pressure: Get ready for massive work stress and endless late-night sittings. You will be chased by useless and unachievable targets that make no sense, all while dealing with a broken infrastructure where the management honestly doesn't care about your well-being. Zero Work-Life Autonomy: Forget about regular weekends. You’ll be doing unpaid work on holidays, and getting a leave approved feels like climbing Mount Everest. You can completely forget about planning vacations as per your wish. Exhausting Public Dealing: Every single day, you have to talk to a hell lot of people from various streams of life. Chala opika kavali—it drains your energy completely by evening. The Systemic Frustrations: Frequent transfers will keep moving you around. To make it worse, you’ll often have to work with senior or minimal-knowledge staff who don't know the ABCs of modern banking but draw way higher salaries than you. Accountability Without Authority: No matter how much you work your ass off, due recognition asalu undadu. But the moment something goes wrong? You’ll be getting heavy shuntings and taking the blame for mistakes made by your staff. Forced Government Schemes: A huge chunk of your day will go into aggressively pushing useless government schemes, practically forcing them onto customers who don't want them. The Bottom Line: Oorike reels chusi mosapovaddu. Join banking only if you have the mental stamina and the thick skin to handle this pressure. Enter this field with your eyes wide open to the daily chaos, not the social media fantasy. Last but not the least : "lunch ke baad aana" is just a myth, you don't even have enough time to Eat Your Lunch Properly. #ibpspo #sbipo #bank #banking #finance
