I read about the chain method today. It’s what I use to build habits and protocols, I just didn’t have a name for it. Make a calendar for your habit. Cross off each day with an X for your progress. Don’t break the chain.

Today I’m running the T1D Beat the Bridge 8K! It’s a fun race where they raise a bridge during the run. Fast runners make it over before they raise it! After a few minutes they lower it. This is to raise awareness for Type 1 Diabetes. p.bt1d.org/hnq2o
