Early movement is a key part of recovery. It helps reduce complications, improve circulation, and supports a faster return to normal function. With the right care and guidance, patients are encouraged to stand and walk as soon as it is safe to do so.

He used to walk 8 kilometers every morning but had to stop because of knee arthritis that made walking difficult. At its worst, his pain was a 9/10. He had surgery a few months ago, and now he’s back to walking and happy with how far he’s come.
