Founders, whats your favorite way to record and document user interviews?

@StephNass People who get pissed at getting a Calendly link have giant egos and a completely open/flexible calendar. I always say let me know when you are available or here is my link to make it easier for both of us. If they saw my calendar they would understand why it’s easier this way.

Can someone give me one RATIONAL reason why people dislike Calendly links?

@ArlanWasHere @LinkedIn @Microsoft The problem linkedin has is that it’s not the business but instead is the hobby for Microsoft. The share of revenue it brings to table is a sliver. It has no seat at the real table.

One of @LinkedIn’s challenges is lack of daily use among users. (They’re awesome in a lot of ways and I find more and more value each month!) Their owner, @Microsoft, has a $1.8T+ market cap. I use Twitter the way I’m supposed to use LinkedIn. What if Microsoft bought Twitter?

@JenFriedman It might be a offshore VA who handles all repeatable or simple tasks that frees them up for building revenue. My VA is insanely talented and I triple my highest and best use hours because of her.

@andy23tran It's basically the same as everyone finding out the hot startup has a culture that is toxic af and 3 months of runway left... the data doesn't support the hype. The jig is up on American superiority on a lot of fronts.
