Two rule changes I think could improve NCAA wrestling:
1. The challenge system should mirror college and pro football, where calls on the mat stand unless there is clear and irrefutable evidence to overturn them.
2. Introduce step-outs once overtime begins.

@johnnidijulius It also gives you an extra stall to use if you’ve scored. So if you’ve scored a takedown you can stall earlier in the third because it takes 3 warnings to tie the match

Over the past few years I have enjoyed the 3 pt takedown change. But it does seem like it makes guys nervous to shoot in big matches. I don’t think it should be changed just an observation. Every match is 1-1 each with a stall call.
