5 people doing the work a proper system could handle alone. That's not hustle. That's a technology problem wearing a salary. ☘️

"Not available in your region" we heard that too many times. So we started building. Articals is our answer. Africa builds too. 🌍 articals.org

@samofolabi Digitalizing housing in Nigeria isn’t easy, some platforms have tried and failed. The better move is building a real estate company, not just an app. You onboard landlords, manage their properties, while tenants use the app. You can have to reduce agent impact gradually.

I built a landlord–tenant rental app last year and it failed. Not because the idea was bad, but because the market reality is different. And honestly, there are already many apps trying to do the same thing. One major thing I’ve learned about Nigeria: Landlords prefer working with agents rather than dealing with tenants directly. Most agents don’t just find tenants, they manage the properties too. This is especially true for landlords living abroad who own rental property back home. That tells you something important: Agents in cities like Lagos, Ibadan, Osun State, and Abuja, based on my research and experience, are the heartbeat of real estate rentals. If you don’t build your product to carry them along, your app will likely fail. Finally, if you can also solve the data problem and build in strong default systems and property management tools, you’ll have a real chance at success.

Every fintech doesn't have to revolve or be about Finance 🤧 We desperately need an app that can connect Landlords to Tenants directly 🙂

Logistics companies & delivery businesses If you don’t have a website where customers can place orders and track shipments, you’re losing customers. I built this demo to show what your system could look like alogistic.vercel.app Message me if you want one for your company.

I just remembered when I was still actively a WordPress designer (2023–2025) before switching to Full Stack Development. Pics: During my internship at SIFMIS, Office of the Osun State Accountant-General. Graphic design → content writing → WordPress → now building full systems

Built a modern teleradiology platform focused on simplicity, clean workflows, and role-based access, moving beyond outdated systems. HIPAA-aligned, privacy-first. Details limited, proud of the build.
