The build-up to Thekla vs Jamie Hayter also has been questionable at best. A 55 year old Jericho got a 13 minute talking segment in front of the live crowd to sell his made up on the fly PPV match with Ricochet where nothing is at stake. Meanwhile, all the women's world title match got was a 1 minute backstage segment on the go home Dynamite. Let's hope AEW has a hot angle planned for Collision, because otherwise the PPV crowd will once again give these women barely any reaction due to the non-existent, lazy build.
