I think isolation is a blessing, you think that you’re alone and missing out, but really the universe is giving you an empty room while you create and build this new version of yourself. The universe is eliminating all distractions and excuses for you

you gotta get outta ya head and into ya purpose. all the time we spend overthinking shit that really don’t mean anything in the grand scheme of our lives, takes away from our enjoyment & being able to appreciate things in their fullness.

Getting yo shit together requires a deep level of honesty wit yourself , you gotta be able to look at yourself in the mirror & be willing to accept flaws & behavior that's not allowing you to grow , self evaluation is difficult but it's extremely necessary.

Never borrow shame from the past. You are not that person anymore and you simply didn't know better. No reason to beat yourself up for it. All you can do is actually do better.
