@houseoffraser at £10 for next day del and £5 to return an item,despite getting the wrong item completely for the 3rd time, you have to ask if HOF get it wrong on purpose to earn the del costs ?

@houseoffraser after swearing I would never buy again after 2 goes at sending me the item I ordered and not giving me my money back in full I had a 3rd go at the same item each time and yes it’s wrong again. Have spent £28 on del so far for something I haven’t had.

@houseoffraser have managed to cock up a second order in succession. I order a grey sweater for next day delivery at £10 and get a small pair of swimming trunks only to be told I have to return the trunks before I get a refund in -4 days. Don’t bother DM me I’m not interested
