A bit late, but here's our week #3 update for @_buildspace @_nightsweekends. CoralX utilizes neural networks and AI to detect disease outbreaks in coral reefs to help protect them. Thanks to my teammates @SharanaSabesan and Nimai Patel.

@conroywhitney @SharanaSabesan @_buildspace @_nightsweekends Yep, that’s the goal! Multiple variables affect bleaching levels so mapping out all the data and discovering relationships will be difficult.

@SharanaSabesan @theprabj @_buildspace @_nightsweekends I have heard of coral bleaching being due to water temps, but turbidity is a new one for me. I wonder what would happen if you used a more complex model and integrated multiple data sets. Do you think you could discover some new correlations/predictions?

@AugustineXande1 @_buildspace @_nightsweekends This is a fantastic idea, maybe even a frame from a movie to identify the movie. It would take a significant amount of data to feed the system/AI to recognize the movie.
