@AnnadeBuisseret Anna have your tried acupuncture or reflexology? You might find it helpful for pain and the reflexology will also be very relaxing. Most people with cancer or chronic pain can access therapies from cancer centres or local hospices (you do not need to be end of life to access) ❤️

Pain relief: What remedies do you have for constant pain please? I’m already on Co-Codamol x 8 a day but the pain breaks through. The cause can’t be dealt with as it’s a tumour pressing against a muscle which can’t be operated on so I just have to manage the pain. Thanks
