The undersigned, Confesora Ilsadalis Brooks and Richard Lee Brooks, Proprietors of Masters Carpet Care _LC, henceforth referred to as the Plaintiffs, Have lodged a formal complaint herein against the Respondent specifically Ms. Nicole Lia Fornal employee GoDaddy.com, employed by said company for more than 12 months and under 44 months. The subject matter of one Of these grievances pertaining to the domain "MastersCarpetCare.com," previously registered and managed under the auspices of GoDaddy.com for a duration of around three and one-half years.
It has come to the attention of the Plaintiffs that subsequent to attempting a resolution with GoDaddy.com regarding specific grievances - which include but are not limited to allegations of criminal harassment, gross negligence, discriminatory racial conduct purportedly demonstrated by employee Ms. Nicole Lia Fornal, and breach of contractual obligation - there ensued a cessation of communication from GoDaddy.com. In what appears to be contravention of previous assurances purportedly captured in audio recordings with representatives of GoDaddy.com agreed upon holding said domain in abeyance pending actionable discussion through the months of March beginning around the first, to the last call attempted made answered in May both in the year 2024, the domain "MastersCarpetCare.com" was thereafter sold off without consent from the Plaintiffs. In light of GoDaddy.com's failure to initiate any restorative actions, discussions, or acknowledgments subsequent to the contentious sale and ongoing criminal behavior of said employee Nicole Lia Fornal, the Plaintiffs have been compelled to seek legal remedies. Actions against Ms. Nicole Lia Fornal are to be pursued on an individual basis for criminal charges and restitution. In parallel, collective proceedings against GoDaddy.com are being instigated in relation to their purported involvement in the aforementioned wrongful sale of the domain name, despite the existence of current active criminal and civil investigations within the jurisdictions of Massachusetts and Connecticut. Since the year 2010, the respondent has engaged in a pattern of behavior that reasonably constitutes Cyber stalking and physical stalking, and one instance of assault and battery, actions that involve the non-consensual capture and distribution of photographic images of the petitioner at her place of employment. These images have been transmitted to the father of the petitioner's child via text message. Additionally, the respondent is alleged to have disseminated material commonly recognized as revenge pornography, shared without consent to both adults and minors inside her home, Proven true by the children's testimony during her weekend visits, PROOF that the respondent orchestrated an assault against the petitioner stemming all the way back from 2010, slander, stalking, cyber stalking, bullying, cyber bullying, TWO failed attempts at fake restraining orders, ONE coerced restraining order by a former victim of hers against the plaintiff, false sexual allegations, false child abuse allegations, numerous PROVEN FALSE dcf accusations, false stories of the plaintiff being investigated by multiple agencies, engaging in multiple fake social media accounts to pretend to be anonymous lovers of the plaintiffs, trying to extort money from the plaintiffs in order for the harassment to end, stalking the family and friends Of the plaintiffs.
