2006 post Derby dinner at Jeff Ruby’s is one I’ll never forget (after a looong day on millionaires row and an adventurous mud wrestling session in the infield) we sat at the bar, had amazing food and drinks and when I asked the piano player to play Country Roads — he obliged and the entire restaurant sang the song word for word, one of several legendary nights over the years at the restaurant that sets the standard for hospitality in Louisville

Thank you Mayor and thank you Louisville, Kentucky. A company will never be successful unless its employees want it to be and our 100 strong restaurant family wanted it to be. I Thank each of you for making this happen. 🫡👏❤️
