@LawHonky@skillz17q It ALWAYS applies. The fifth amendment doesn't require that someone say magic words. The Miranda warning is merely a requirement that cops inform you of your rights, but the warning doesn't activate them.
@Terry76961565@Brian_onX Sorry. Bad idea. My wife hates it when I do that. Best move is to pick one and then let her convince you it’s the wrong one. Then go with her choice.

Assume you don't pay fed tax so social security and Medicare are 7.65% combined ($208) leaving $2,512.
Subtract rent, power ($250), car insurance (I'm not touching a $270 internet bill...what the hell are you doing there?) that's $532 dollars left.
I'm sure you you have other expenses, but, how old are you?
In my mid 20's I often got paid and had only a few dollars (literally) to make it to the next payday. We used to walk to the grocery store twice a month then get a cab to get the groceries home (couldn't afford a car yet). We splurged by getting ourselves a tin of salted sardines as a "treat" when we went grocery shopping (not sure why the hell we thought those were a treat).
@BenVerlander@FlippinBatsPod By your numbers, the #2 team salary is nearly double number 3 yet their percentage is just 1.5% higher… you don’t see a problem there????
The Dodgers are NOT the problem. In fact, they put almost 3/4 of their revenue BACK into the team.
The problem is the teams at the bottom of this list that do the opposite.
