@Cuzononono Even if you’re not cutting, trying to access tools for cutting like that is very dangerous :( make sure you reach out to a friend before escalating!! You don’t have to vent to them, just having someone to keep you busy helps a ton ❤️

@Cuzononono You’re not a “pussy” for not being able to cut. I cut because my desperation for my problems to be “valid” outweighed my common sense, and now I have permanent scars while also not feeling anymore valid. I would argue it takes more strength to fight the urge to cut ❤️ Keep going!
