After Far North Councillor Davina Smolders raised further awareness on the issue last week, it’s great to see Luxon and National moving with purpose, with Luxon describing councils rushing through deals with iwi ahead of the RMA reforms as “a big problem” and disingenuous. A rather timely opportunity for Luxon and National to deliver on its pre-election promises to rein in co-governance arrangements and restore democratic accountability. Chris Bishop is currently taking advice on the matter and is expected to announce a course of action shortly.

If these 5 aren't re-elected there is $1 Billion in savings. MP's need to be given budgets not carte blanche on how much they spend. The fact that the two who spend the most come from the smallest party in parliament tells how responsible they would be if they ever got anywhere near the trappings of power.

Technically and intellectually, NZ needs a greater amount of National MPs in Parliament for the pace of everything to improve.
Look around at the "look at me's" "front of office" people in the opposition parties.
There's no depth of personal & business successes, or ability.
